(This was for the corporate HQ office in Soho, not the fulfillment centers in Jersey, TX or CA) I had sent in my resume and cover letter after seeing the position listed on Indeed, and after about 3 weeks I was contacted by email and invited to take a video interview. The video interview was through a company called "Take the Interview" where it asks you a few questions and records your answers to be sent directly to the employer. I'd say the process was fairly simple and easy to complete, if not a bit awkward to be talking to a screen. The questions were basically what you would expect from a preliminary phone screen, just without anyone on the other end. Less than a week after, I was asked to come in to the Soho offices for an interview where I met with three different people in the department. I wish they had varied the questions a bit more because each of them asked me similar questions, but they were all really friendly and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say. After 2 or 3 days I got a call back from the recruiter with an offer!
