Phone interview with a recruiter in Texas. She asked basic questions about my background. Interview lasted 20 minutes. She said she will forward me to the hiring manager, but then I got an email three days later saying that they went with another person.

I applied online and was invited to a phone interview few weeks later. The interview took 15-20 minutes.The interviewer was someone from the HR department. First I had to tell sth about myself and the reasons for my application.
The next step would have been an interview with the Operations Manager.
