Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare interview questions

Phone interview, one on one in person, group panel in person. After all 3 interviews I was assured they would contact me personally regardless of the outcome. I sent multiple follow up emails and phone calls. I was ghosted for three weeks past the "hiring" deadline and then got a cookie cutter HR email saying they had selected another client. Ghosting is NOT an ethical or moral choice that a mental healthcare provider should make, Part of my email reply that I know won't get read is " as a mental health care provider, and the interviewer has a Masters in that field they should know better. If this burns bridges or not, it is unethical, and morally wrong and they should be ashamed of themselves for being spineless and ashamed to tell someone they didn't get the job".
