Top leadership and even Human Resources executives are mean-spirited and openly dislike regular employees. Leadership decisions make it impossible to do the job. The agency needs to address a few weak areas in management. It is not across the board, but there are some departments where the clinical supervision needed for the work is not there. There is preference for people to preserve their personal relationships with each other rather than making sure that an employee is properly doing their job. This causes employees in these departments to feel discouraged and ultimately leave their job. Proper, ethical clinical supervision would make sure that the clients are first and foremost, and making sure that your buddy still likes you at the end of the shift is not where the emphasis is.
