BlueRock Therapeutics interview questions

I applied online, completed a phone screen, advanced to a hiring manager interview, and then participated in a panel interview that included the hiring manager and additional cross-functional stakeholders team. There was a clear lack of transparency and follow-through. After requiring an intensive, back-to-back panel and an additional hiring manager interview, they went silent and ultimately issued a generic rejection, which did not reflect the significant time and effort I invested in the process.

There were two team leads who took turns asking me questions. However, the entire Process Development Team was present and got to ask me questions as well including current interns. They asked me all the basic interview questions, describe myself, why this position, about my relevant lab experiences etc., how do I overcome challenges, tight deadlines, conflict, do I work well in a team preferably a larger team, what I know about process development and what I want out of this role. Then, they gave me a chance to ask questions to anyone present. It was also on Microsoft Teams, online. I also had a screening call beforehand with a member of HR/Talent Acquisition team.
