Very laid back yet professional. Went extremely well. Met with three different managers and was asked a number of questions that made me feel like this company is looking for the best possible employees, not just someone to fill the position.

Submitted Online. Sent to local store for review. After 2 weeks, called in for interview and asked to fill out paper application (redundant, as an application was filled out online). A few more weeks was called into to go and get drug test. Another week or so got called with official job offer.
