One standout question they asked was: “Can you explain how you’d optimize a complex system when multiple variables conflict, and walk me through your reasoning step by step?” — it really tested clarity, logic, and structured thinking.
It was a panel inteview with 3 different interviews. All of them were very friendly and laid back. Focused on behavioral questions and less focused on technical. Walked through my resume and went more in depth on each project/experience
