I have been through several interviews and depending on the panel of interviewees - it can be very formal or informal, so you will have to read your audience.

Question 1
behavioral type questions followed by open feedback session
Make sure you double, even TRIPLE check your form for the background screening. They will absolutely not accept human error. They will rescind your offer even if you have a logical resolution.
Made a small oversight when reporting my self-employment regarding the dates I operated under a legal entity and dates I operated as a Sole Proprietor. Even though I offered a resolution with documentation and the rest of my report was clean, they treated me as if I were some kind of criminal and rescinded the offer in a very rude manner. Would not even let me speak to anyone on the phone and I am blacklisted until 2019.
I turned down other excellent opportunities to take this offer. I am very disappointed at the manner in which they handled everything. Your candidates are human!!!!
