Reached out to a personal contact in the organization, called in for an in-person interview and then given informal offer via email. The interview was more informal probably because it was an employee referral and they hire very few interns in this department. Also offered to have me talk to others in the group to better understand the role.

Citrix Video Call was scheduled and two engineering managers asked questions about resume experience and STAR methods format questions. The STAR method is heavily emphasized so practice that for all things on your resume. They also cut you off if you keep rambling

Interview
Started out with an initial informal phone interview to with two engineers on the team asking about you, your background, and giving some details about the job. The second interview was with a panel of various engineers and HR that were all behavior based STAR questions. They give you a heads up on the hiring process and how they rate the interview.

Interview
First I was prescreened at a recent conference. Recruiter contacted me back to schedule an interview for the next day. I interviewed on Friday morning and got an offer Saturday afternoon.
