Interview
The interview was about an hour long and very formal. The people asked questions by turn reading off of a paper which made it seem as thought they were scripted and made the whole experience uncomfortable. The questions were only behavioural or mildly technical in that they asked to describe projects I've worked on anf other goals which I have and would like to achieve.

Deascribe one instance where you had a conflict with someone and how you handled it and what was the result?
quick, easy, and to the point. The interviewer panel was professional and kind. They asked thoughtful questions. I enjoyed going through this process. They did not try to trick you.
Asked about project experience and operations of rocketry team. How you worked through error, how you could prevent issues from arising at testing. Moved to theory on structures and propulsion
The interview process was quite easy which had only one round . They majorly asked me about my project and java fundamentals .It matters how you answer exactly to the point and with confidence .
