I had four interviews with them for their Marketing Director role. I had heard some serious red flags about their culture and they way they treat employees so I was cautious but curious. I knew they had shuffled through about five GMs in six years. My suspicions were realized when I received a auto-send, form email, letting me know I didn't get the role, sent from a do-not-respond email address. The kicker was, it was addressed to some one else entirely. I couldn't even let them know, since it came from an auto email/do-not-respond address. Poor Jessica may never know! ;)
I was disappointed to learn that my neighborhood co-op couldn't take the 15 seconds to send me a personalized email, at the least, after I had invested about five hours of my time on interviews with them. I can't imagine it was a large group of people at that point in the process. The incredible lack of professionalism has made me rethink even my patronage there.
