So the process was not at all what I expected. It was more like a conversation than an interview. Joey spoke about the companies purpose and aim and what their goals were. He then asked me about my previous experience, what my future goals were and how they aligned with the companies.

Interview

Had a 1st stage interview with both the founders around the role, what it entails and what they were looking for the candidate to achieve. Coupled up with talking about my previous experience etc. However after I had the interview I never heard from them again. I know people are busy but a quick email to say you haven’t been successful doesn’t go amiss.
