Bookassist interview questions

I applied online based on a reasonably targeted job spec. Follow up was quick, with a phone call semi-interview with the HR person, mostly checking if I was really aligned with the job spec I think. There was a first interview with a small panel, it was structured but didn't feel formal. Then I was called back for a second interview where I had to do a short presentation to more senior people. They listened though, and I got good discussion around the presentation. The rest of that interview was more of a discussion around the industry and other stuff - it felt again quite informal and friendly but they got me talking about a good deal of thing's. They also encouraged me to ask questions and I probably asked more than I would normally because they put me at ease. Got offered within 2 days of that.

I have applied on the website, also sent an e-mail to the hiring manager. After 10 weeks I had 7 follow-ups via e-mail and 3 calls to the office. I finally received an e-mail saying the position is filled. I really haven't encountered a more difficult company to get a hold of.
