I was very fast, after I applied they call me in two days. There were two telephone interviews , the first one only took five minutes, they asked me for my background. The second interview took around 45 minutes, they asked me for my skills and previous experience. Even the role was for spanish advisor they demand a high level of english. If you are not successful, they simply send you an email, I asked the reasons in order to improve my skills and and I didn't had an answer. But I think is because my english don't reach the level that they demand.
