High touch point process, I was interviewed by six people in total. Despite there being so many people involved in the process everything went very smoothly, contact time was never any longer than a week between interviews and people always got back to me in the timeframe promised. The team were extremely warm, welcoming while also being thorough. I was asked to present a business case which was very relevant for the position and gave me a good understanding of the requirements of the role. Overall it was a positive experience.
