So there are 3 seperate interviews. First was a phone interview with Recruiter. Second was a phone interview with 2 Analyst with 2 business case scenarios and break down on a report done in the past. Final is a 4 hour interview which has 3 interviews. 2 analyst then another 2 analyst and a final with reporting manager for a cultural fit interview. Overall the process was very good and the interviewers our very informative (except a couple of analysts gave the impression they didnt want to be there) but the other analysts saved the day and highlighted great culture. I do think the process is very tedious. I was given 6 seperate business cases and the whole time you are unnecessary objected too for every approach you deliver. With no structure, even the interviewers confuse themselves about the questions they are answering. In the end I didnt get the role. I had the feeling that they are not sure on who they want to hire. I was told to train my statistics skills online and come back 6 months later. But that suggests to me that you don't want to invest on training.
