Very unprofessional. Feedback was provided only after my requests. My candidacy was declined by a manager after the last round as "for sure not be a candidate for promotion after first year". Why? God knows. During the tech interview was interrupted rudely a few times when presented a client path for a designed flow and received a feedback as “a technically goof but not senior enough since not consider client needs“.
