      I applied online and next day I got an e-mail asking me when I have time for a phone interview. As scheduled, very nice lady called me and asked me a few general questions like why do I want to work there, do I know how the work looks like, would I be available working late/early... This part went well, so they invited me for a "group assessment" and send me an email with all the information, time and date, and the instructions how to get there. The group assessment was really interesting experience for me. The atmosphere was really relaxed, and everyone was dressed casually. We started with introducing to each other. Everybody had to say their name, the position they applied for, few words about themselves and their favourite holiday destination. After that we had to move to another room to do the language tests on the computers. When I was getting ready for the interview, my biggest concern was language test but I couldn't find that much information, so I will try to tell you some more about that part. First we all started with English test. You have 12 min to finish it, but I think that is really enough time. So take your time with questions you don't understand, read it twice if you need. Some of the questions could be pretty tricky. Basically they just want to test your grammar, spelling and understanding the language. Its a multiple choice test where you have to find the incorrect word in a sentence and a part where you get to read a text and you have to answer the questions related to that text. The test for the language you applied for is the same as the English one, but then it's in your native language. When we finished the tests, we moved back to the first room and had a quick one on one conversation with a person in our native language. After that we had a company presentation. The last step was a personal interview for each applicant where they ask you some more questions. Everyone was really professional, but on the same time very nice and friendly. Sadly, I didn't pass the native language test so I didn't get an offer, but for me, the interview was a great experience, and I'm happy I had the opportunity to do it. My advice to everyone is just be yourself. They are searching for the right personality for the job. Good luck!!!

      Disrespectful interview process. After passing the language test online, I was invited to an interview. When the time for the interview came, the first thing that the recruiter told me was that the position had already been filled and they wouldn't be conducting an interview, but they would take my details down for future opportunities. I had spent a great deal of time preparing for the interview and it wouldn't have been difficult for them to send an email or voicemail to let me know in advance that the position had already been filled. I found it extremely disrespectful. There is no need to be so blasé about how you treat people. I don't think they stopped for one minute to think about the time investment I had made for that interview. If that is how they treat interviewees then I would be very wary of how they treat their employees.

      the interview process starts with a phone interview that lasts about 30 mins, informal to get to know you but make sure to make an impression, do your research on the company. then an in person panel interview + tour of the facility. they will also give you an assignment which you have to pass, and depending on what language you speak, an assignment to make sure you're fluent as well. whole process took a pretty long time, about a month.

      The interview process started with a short phone call about 30 min in order to get to know about my interest in the position and I got an invitation for the onsite interview. The onsite interview consisted in an English assessment and an individual interview with a Manager and/or Team leader.
