About a day after I applied for the job via Booking.com, I got an email for a translation test (at home). I took it and again about a day later I got an email to schedule an appointment with HR. That call took about 25 minutes, with the recruiter telling me more about the job and the company, also asking about my motivation. Two days later I got an invititation for the first interview, with the hiring manager and a colleague. It was a review of the translation test as well as a pretty standard set of interview questions, everything felt very natural and it took 1.5 hours. Then again two days later, I got an invitation for a second interview. Again with the hiring manager, another manager and two colleagues. That also took 1.5 hours. The second interview was kind of the same as the first one, with similar questions but a bit more personal. The conversation with the two colleagues was more chatty with them getting to know you on a more personal level to see if you would be a good fit for the team but also a possibility for you to ask questions about the work and the team. Two days later I got a call that I got the job!
