      IOS Software Development Engineer Interview

      Jul 10, 2015
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Amsterdam
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Booking.com (Amsterdam) in Jul 2015

      Interview

Skype call where I was asked to some OOP questions about retain, atomic and none atomic objects then had a technical question to implement a stack protocol. The interview was about nothing but OOP mainly and a little of iOS developing, no Software Engineering or any thing else was asked. This is quit depressing since I was expecting something more .. of software engineering related that software development only.

      Question 1

      Implement the m file @protocol Stack <NSObject> @property (nonatomic, readonly) NSInteger count; - (void)pushObject:(nonnull id)object; - (nullable id)popObject; @end
