In conclusion, my experience with Booking.com was a mixed one. While they acknowledged my strengths in understanding business operations and my ability to execute autonomously, there were notable shortcomings in terms of involvement in priority setting, product strategy, and communication. It's clear that there is room for improvement in aligning my skills with the expectations of the role. Nevertheless, I appreciate the opportunity to interview with Booking.com and the constructive feedback provided.
I had the longest interview process ever! About 7 interviews with different teams took a lot of time. They were trying a new interview technique but I think it was a waste of time as all the feedbacks were positive but after that, I didn't any offer!
