Interview
Applied online. Called for interview a wk later. Knew it was doomed when I walked in & the GM was having to cover the register while a cashier was on break. Interviewed by GM and DM. Nice people but wanting more than they're going to get. Offering an extremely low wage for an Asst GM position. GM had to keep leaving interview so I had to repeat answers twice. Obviously want someone they don't have to train, so not sure why they called me in the first place. Waste of time. These stores are running empty. Saw two people shopping there the whole time. When I say shopping, I mean one reading magazines & one drinking coffee in the cafe. I think BAM is doomed to the fate of Borders soon.

Interview
I applied for a position as an AGM. The position stated that it was available on the BAM website. During the interview I was told that only bookseller positions were available. Would've been helpful to know that prior to my interview instead of wasting my time. Got an offer as a bookseller, but that was absolutely not what I applied for.
