BootLabs interview questions

It is good. Mostly focussed on the things i have mentioned in my resume. Has multiple rounds of interview and then followed by HR round. The interview process is good.

The interview process consisted of an L1 technical discussion with senior developers from the organization. The session was structured to establish a baseline assessment of my professional background, hands-on experience, and practical exposure to real-world engineering challenges. The discussion began with an overview of my current role and responsibilities, followed by a deep dive into the projects I have delivered end-to-end. Particular emphasis was placed on my experience with payment gateway integration, especially my hands-on work with Razorpay, where I explained the integration flow, security considerations, webhook handling, and real-world production challenges. Additionally, the panel explored my involvement in CI/CD pipelines, focusing on how I have automated build, test, and deployment workflows. I walked through my practical exposure to streamlining deployments, reducing manual intervention, and improving release reliability across environments. Overall, the discussion was technical, experience-driven, and aligned toward validating practical execution capability rather than theoretical knowledge. The interaction was collaborative, direct, and outcome-focused, reflecting the company’s emphasis on real-world engineering maturity and ownership.
