Interview
The process went well for the most part. They assigned me an interview buddy to be a POC during the process. However, they strung me along at the end. When it was all said and done they clearly knew at one point that they were not going to hire me, but strung me along any way. I think I was their second choice and they were waiting to hear back from their first choice. For my 4th and last interview I waited an hour for the VP to call me and basically spend 5 minutes on the phone with me. Just poor customer service.

Recruiter called- set up an interview . It was a hiring event, 1 interview with the manager, lasted about 45 mins. Got a verbal offer 2 days later, waiting on a formal offer.

Describe a time you had to face a challenge, and how did you overcome it?
Very thorough and long interview process that lasted about two hours; interviewed with the entire team I'd be working with and for; good HR overview of benefits; interview gave me a good idea of the work I'd be doing and what the expectations were for the position I was being interviewed to fill.
