The whole process has been just shockingly easy. I applied online, & two weeks later I had a phone interview with two of my would-be supervisors. A few days after that phone call, they had me come into the office for a sit-down interview-- I had an offer in my inbox before I even made it home from the meeting. Both interviews combined took took less than two hours total. No crazy questions, very straight forward. Couldn't have possibly been easier, just an excellent experience all around. Its VERY clear that they care about their employees, and understand that people need to be happy and feel respected to do their best work.
