Interview
Had a standard phone interview to verify resume qualifications, nothing wild. Had one day of on-site interviews/hr presentations a few weeks later. The intereviews were all very short, one semi-technical, the others HR-related. There weren't any coding questions in the technical interview, mostly more questions about past experience. They continually delayed the promised offer dates for several months which was very frustrating. They called me several times to ask about moving to DC, etc. but never made an offer. I gave up after about 3 months. It doesn't seem like the intern program is very important or well-managed. I'd look somewhere else.

Interview
The hiring process and interview process is based upon how you network. It would behoove you to gain a point of contact within the organization. I was straight forward about approaching the recruiter about 1) Who I was and my skillset and 2) my interest in working for the company. I didn't have to beat around the bush, but I definitely had to demonstrate my value to the company. Be straightforward and be honest about your skills and what you wish to achieve. They are looking for exceptional talent, and my experience thus far has been what i expected.
