Interview was very positive. Hiring process delayed due to need for many approvals. HR feedback afterwards was very encouraging. Met initially with department manager and then later with director.

Simple screening questions. Looking for fit and salary requirements at 1st interview. Recruiter wouldn't give me the range for the role but when I gave him a range they said max pay is in the 120's. Not competitive at all for a SR PM the greater Chicago area.
