It was a one week process. I met the recruiter at the Career Fair and they called me for an interview at the company. The interview started with 30 minutes of non-technical questions and ended with a tour around the facyory. Everything went smoothly and I was offered the job.

I had an on-campus interview which led to a plant tour and a follow up interview. There were several positions available and the interview team matched the positions with the persons being interviewed.
