I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bosch (Palo Alto, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Phone Interview 1: resume, research, technical/depth questions about NLP, Machine Learning, data mining techniques; research design etc.
Phone Interview 2: Coding
On-Site Interview: All day interview starts with a research presentation, following by grilling questions about research methods, techniques, etc. The next session is coding interview. And finally, an HR interview with so many tricky-human questions!
Overall, good interview process.
