Detailed to the point and well designed interview. Manager and HR attended. Sometimes it is difficultcto focus due to different typr of questions. Som3 questions are totally irrelevant ti the position and the role. I had difficulty in answering them.
Fui abordado pelo RH e foi agendada uma entrevista técnica, onde algumas pessoas participaram. Após a entrevista, ficaram de dar uma resposta até certa data, o que não foi cumprido, e é o motivo da minha experiência negativa. Por mais que a resposta seja negativa, dêem um retorno aos candidatos. Nós, que estamos à procura de trabalho, ficamos na expectativa, que piora com a incerteza. Nunca se esqueçam de que um dia podem ser vocês do outro lado, então tratem os candidatos do modo que vocês gostariam de ser tradados.
