The interview process for the Director of Sales Enablement role was a comprehensive and highly structured experience. Over the course of roughly 3 weeks, I engaged in a series of strategic conversations with the executive leadership team, including the CRO, COO, and CEO, as well as the Enablement Business Partner. The entire sequence was organized well, providing clear insight into the company’s vision and ensuring a professional, seamless experience from the initial introduction to the final stage.
