The interview process was well-structured & professional, consisting of two technical rounds focused on manual & API testing, Agile processes & real-time scenario handling. The interviewers were friendly & evaluated both technical depth & leadership skills. After that third round was Client interview which I successfully cleared and then lastly was sponsor/managerial discussion which emphasized communication, Client handling & cultural fit. Overall, it was a transparent, very quick & smooth process from technical evaluation to HR coordination & offer rollout. I got an offer letter within a week.
