Interview process was smooth and professional. Recruiter was communicative and a pleasure to work with. The people interviewing you are the people you are going to work with, which is a green flag. Process consisted of three stages: Stage 1: - Phone screening with recruiter Stage 2: - 1:1 virtual interview with a manager (x2) Stage 3: - 1:1 virtual interview with a manager - 1:1 virtual interview with a current AE - 1 hour in-person presentation to panel Presentation prep was definitely challenging and time-consuming, but overall the interview process was clear in terms of what was expected. You can tell that the people are competent and know what they're doing!

This is disappointing as I really wanted the chance to work here. I interviewed for the same role twice in 2021 and 2023. Went through the same 4 round interview the last round being 3 hours with a presentation. I was told the feedback back in 2021 was not having SAAS experience and then when I came back in 2023 to interview I warned them of my situation that I still didn't have SAAS experience. They said it wasn't an issue and I went through the long process again to only find out I didn't get the role because I didn't have SAAS experience.

The process starts with a meeting with the recruiter, followed by a meeting with the hiring manager. Then there's a role-play (30 min mock discovery call) and a final panel interview (1 hour Territory Planning and Analysis + Deal Review). I was very impressed with the entire recruitment process. From the initial application to the panel interviews, every step of the way was very interesting yet challenging. The recruiter, hiring manager and Account Executives at Box were not only responsive and communicative throughout the process, but they also took the time to get to know me as a candidate and understand my career goals. They provided valuable insights into the role and the company culture, and made sure that I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Shoutout to Sophie Raymond from the EMEA team for the guidance and support throughout ! Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better recruitment experience.
