The on-site interview requires a presentation that you are provided before hand. Take it as grain of salt, you're suppose to role play as if you're a consultant at box and its a total hit or miss (not even close to reflection of real world scenario). If you're a college grad might be a good exercise but if you're a FTE its an unrealistic ask and very time consuming for no actual benefit. During the presentation they will try and throw curve balls at you which I found amusing since it has zero correlation to anything. Your entire interview depends on this presentation, and they expect you to put together slides and do research in your free time. I was working b4 consulting during that time and was not going to dedicate hours after work to do this.
