A phone interview with some basic personality questions and questions about past experience. Was then emailed through a test (google form) to take in 10 minutes and complete. This was then followed up with an invitation to the office for a formal interview with Line Manager & CEO

Interview
15 minute IQ test on a laptop that had to be brought in to the conference room and set up. There was a bit of an issue with it at first which concerned me while taking the test.
Q&A with the Content Marketing Director after the test.
Everyone was very nice.
Initial Phone Screen Interview this was more to understand your interest
Followed by a follow-up Phone Interview - this was to understand the company and role
In-Person Interview - this was to determine if you would be a good fit with the company, industry and culture.
