"It was just a waste of time interviewing at this company. Look elsewhere programmers ... this is not the place! " They work with AI they say!! Interviewed for developer position. Had an initial phone screen and then invited for an onsite interview. There were no programmers in-house so they have no idea what to look for in a developer and they don't know what to ask to a programmer. I went over few of my recent works and explained them in detail. I did a followup but haven't heard back from the HR ever since.
