Applied online. No response whatsoever. No idea how they manage to hire people in a hot market with a recruiting team like this. I never even got any response whatsoever. So I can't gauge their interview process. I applied online and got an automated response, but that was the only communication from them. They obviously use an applicant tracking system so there is really no excuse.
