Interview
The interview process was great, it gave me the chance to share my skillset, how I believe I can help benefit the organisation. In the interview process I also had a chance to meet a good variety of team members and understand more about their role at Branch
Throughout the interview process the entire team was clear about the job timeframe, expectations, and the company culture. I haven't normally experienced this type of transparency, which was refreshing. The team emphasizes cultural fit, which I think is incredible. Positive experience overall!
