Very smooth, all questions relating to classroom setting and experience working with kids. talked about onboarding process and what a day to day schedule would look like working there. They said curriculum is given to each instructor and each class is about 1.5 hours.

scheduled a phone interview to be on site, met the CEO and was asked questions about my experience on my resume and random questions regarding aspects of what I felt made a good and or bad team. Was told I would hear back, never got a response other than a rejection on my application. Definitely never applying here again.
