I applied online. I interviewed at Bright Horizons Family Solutions (Norwell, MA) in May 2017
Interview
I applied through Indeed.com. I received an email promptly afterwards from a Bright Horizons recruiter to set up a phone interview. The phone interview went well and she set me up with a in person interview at a Bright Horizons location close to me. A few weeks later I went in for the interview. The first part of the interview was with the director of the Bright Horizons Center. She asked me a lot of questions from a packet that she had printed out. Whenever I answered a question she would comment that my answers were good. The second half of the interview was shadowing in a classroom. I connected with a few of the children and thought I interacted well with them. After the full process I went back into the director's office. She told me that I would be an Assistant Teacher. She said she would run my background check and call me the following week. It has been almost 2 months and I haven't heard anything. I even sent 2 follow up emails. Very unprofessional of them to not respond to TWO emails. I would have liked to know that I did not get the position instead of never hearing from them at all.

Interview
I've interviewed with Bright Horizons several times over the past several months for the role of Child Care Teacher.
The first time I interviewed for a role I was informed 5 minutes after my phone interview that the position has been fulfilled.
I applied to interview at other locations located in my city. The day of my interview arrived and the recruiter who I scheduled an interview with didn't show up to our interview. After emailing and leaving a voicemail, I was informed that the position has been fulfilled.
I interviewed for another Child Care role at another location and the recruiter who was scheduled to interview me never showed. After reaching out, I was informed that the role has been fulfilled without notice.
I've heard nothing but great things about Bright Horizons and I must say I am very disappointed with their interview process. I underwent one phone interview and was ghosted for two other interviews. I found this process to be very unprofessional and I hope the company resolves this issue with future applicants.
