I had two interviews before I was actually hired. My first interview was with the preschool education coordinator (former). After that interview was done, she sent my answers over to the executive director. She then scheduled me to come back for the second interview and it went pretty smooth. For as long as I have been doing childcare, I didn't find the questions I was asked challenging. So if you are someone who has a lot of experience in childcare, the interview process will be cake for you.
