I had one interview in the directors office. We discussed about how we support children in the classroom as well as explored the importance of helping parents to help their child be successful.
The director is very specific of who joins the Bright Horizons Team. Many have been interviewed, many were declined.

With the center director, she was very nice and kind; there was only one round of interview for me. Mainly ask about your experience with children. Received the offer the next day

Initial approximately 15 minute phone screen with recruiter. In person interview with center director occurred fairly quickly after passing phone screen. In person interview involved tour and an observation opportunity.

Submit a application, and got a Phone interview about 15 minimun, and not hearing any thing back from them. Got worried that if they put me into a classroom that has children and teachers, don't know how to do
