would recommend. They had only round with manager and another department head. Questions were asked related to daily work scenarios and difficult experience. No technical questions were asked.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at BrightHR (Manchester, England) in Mar 2025
Interview
Very informal. Results driven and they wanted facts and figures. They explained commission and it was very old school with high commission and low salary. A great view from their office.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BrightHR (Manchester, England) in Oct 2024
Interview
The interview was fine, the interviewer was polite but seemed wary about telling me why the position was open which concerned me slightly, then redirected the conversation. Overall the questions seemed fair regarding the role, but the culture didn’t seem to be something they wanted to discuss.
