Interview
Initial qualifying call with recruiter. I then did 3 separate interviews with the 2 team leads and US SDR manager. After those three interviews I did another two interviews with the EMEA SDR manager and VP of Sales. The entire process took about two months.

Question 1
Standard behavioral and sales interview types of questions. They really wanted to get to know you, understand your background, motivations, and why you want the job.
Long interview process but reasonable and you learn new things from each interview. First interview was with HR, then Manager, Director, VP. Be prepared and understand what the company’s products and services are.

Interview
I found the job posting on Linkedin. A few days later their sales director emailed me to set up a phone interview. The conversation was about twenty minutes. We went over my background and he gave me an overview if what the position entails. Then he sent me an exercise to do which was to send him a recording of a voicemail to land a meeting with a prospective client.
