Brightskies Technologies interview questions

It started with a screening call from HR. We scheduled a technical interview, which went well, and the engineer was polite. Then we had an HR interview. It was fairly standard—some situational questions—but I felt there was tension between us. I don't even know why; her face didn't seem to be okay. She told me she would call by the beginning of next week to either schedule a final interview or provide me with feedback. One month later, I received a rejection email with no information—just that they needed someone with more skills.
