- Multiple in person visits - Visit to local Vault/Branch - Interview with 2 managers - Used previous contacts in the industry to get a recommendation with local Vault. After multiple reach outs by phone, email and in-person, I was able to meet with one of the branch managers to set up an in-person meeting. Most of the discussion was directed around my Mandarin and ability to adapt to international culture.
