I have been applied for the cabin crew role at British Airways airline. The whole process took 3 days and I have been told that I was successful to the assessment day. Arrived at Waterside, British Airways and had been welcomed of one of the assessor. I had been then selected to the group excercise and then I had my role play. This involved me to deal with a diffucult customer which was not happy with their meal. I was waiting 30 minutes, and I had been called into a group. There were 10 of us which they told us that we had survived so far. Then I had the 1 to 1 interview. The assessor are strict but there were plenty of questions about customer service. I found out that I wasn't successful. It's been a great experience and I advise to those who are passionate of working as a cabin crew, it requires a lot of work, however it's worth it.
