Stage 1: Telephone interview with hiring manager Stage 2: Aptitude test (they use SHL as their provider mostly) Exercise Presentation of exercise results on flip chart (interviewers ask questions in between) Interview with 2 interviewers, no one from HR (biographical, competency based and also some brain teaser questions) Whole ordeal lasted 4 hours so make sure you have a large breakfast/lunch before!
