Applied online where you do a few competency based tests, numerical and your ability to pay attention to details and follow instructions.
Then had a phone interview which was friendly and comfortable, lasted about 20 minutes. The guy then sent me an email to fill out the compliance form which just asks about your address history, references and places of work etc. Now waiting on them to get back to me for an assessment centre date.

Pretty easy and straight forward , simple five questions regarding customer service, last more than fifteen minutes minutes , most of them are scenario questions refelecting on your pervious experience.
The process was smooth and fast. The HR were very supportive. They answered each and every doubt and made sure that the interview is aligned according to my convenience. The salary and timings and every other benefit is up to the mark.
