A lot of these reviews make this process seem extremely nerve racking so much so I almost didn’t turn up to the assessment day. It is nerve racking especially as it’s majority of people’s dream airline to be with. The recruitment team make you feel completely at ease and really are lovely people. Remember they have been in your situation. The group exercise was good fun. And honestly you forget they’re even in the room. Don’t be too over powering just make sure you Definetly join in and speak! The role play exercise is neither as bad as it seems just be very polite and sincerely apologise. I got through to the interview round along with 8 others out the group. Unfortunately I wasn’t successful but I cannot praise the recruitment team especially Alex and Sam enough for making what seems like the most scariest day feel so relaxed. If you aren’t successful try again. Keep trying. You’ll get there!
